What utter sad news today.
We just heard with great sadness of the death of our friend, promoter, manager and music business entrepreneur Derek Nally. Derek died as a result of a heart attack.
A gentleman.
A professional.
A tireless champion of Irish talent.
Rest In Peace Derek, we enjoyed the chats and the laughter.
Sympathies towards his family and close friends.
A very sad day in Irish Music.
Whelans just will not be the same without Derek in the crowd.
This is just so hard to believe,
Linda, Aoife & all the crew in GSPR.
