Northern Irish artist Marty Rafo has been stirring up quite a bit of interest in the music industry since the release of his first two EP’s “Last Brigade” and “Atlantic Crossing.” From licensing music to 20+ major television networks, indie films, and sports arenas (including FOX, ESPN, E!, Discovery, National Geographic, NFL, and NASCAR), to celebrating rotation on 200+ college, independent, and commercial radio stations and performing alongside some of the US and UK’s most sought-after headliners (including: “Icon for Hire”, “All That Remains”, “Feeder”, “Reef”, “Pigeon Detectives” and “The Sherlocks”) – Rafo has just announced his collaboration with Irish Italian DJ and Producer Coke Beats on New Single ‘Our Last Goodbye’.

From busking in the streets of New York City in the late ‘90s to touring on three continents and leaving his mark on the underground electronic music scenes, Coke Beats has featured in more than 1 billion views on TikTok, and 44 number 1’s on the iTunes Charts in Europe, Asia, and South America. He is back in Ireland after a stint of EU residencies and has just worked on this remix collab with Marty Rafo, who was in search of the same quality of track as the late Avicii‘s ‘Hey Brother’ on his new single. Calling on the finesse of the Producer.

In addition to being featured in 50+ media publications for his past college, club, and festival tours (including: “Rock the Fort Music Festival, USA”, “Camden Rocks Festival”, “TVW Stock Festival, UK” and “Lee Stock Music Festival, UK”), some of the highlights thus far, according to Marty, have been hanging out with Bono and The Edge, meeting Jimmy Page and meeting the man who inspired him to pick up a guitar, Mr. Noel Gallagher.

Commenting on the inspiration behind his latest single, Rafo commented:

“Our Last Goodbye” is about two people who are in love with one another, then eventually break up and move their separate ways. It’s about reminiscing about the good times and wondering where it all went wrong. In the song, the main character in this narrative is still interested in what she is doing. However, he discovered that she was with another guy in a different country. He realises he needs to move on and stop living in the past. Ultimately, he finds himself and finds self-love.

His last single “You’ll Never Be Alone” soared straight to No.1 in both the UK and Irish I-Tunes charts. The new single ‘Our Last Goodbye’ – (Coke Beats Remix) is set to do the same and will be released on Sept 29th.  With a full band remix and an acoustic remix to follow in Oct.
