‘Land of Hope’ is the new single by #1 Chart-Topping Irish singer and award-winning composer Victoria Johnston, and was released on Friday 9th October 2020 across all digital platforms.
Land of Hope spent four days at No.1 in the World Charts on iTunes and reached No.3 in the overall TOP 10 iTunes Charts in Ireland.
The single follows on from Victoria’s Debut Double ‘A’ Single release (March 2020) ‘Tar Liom’ and ‘You Are The Peace’. The songs reached National acclaim and were played across Irish Radio on BBC Radio Ulster, Rte Radio 1, Rte RnaG, Spirit Radio and many more stations. Both debut singles also went straight to #1 in the overall iTunes Charts in Ireland, and are now both shortlisted for ‘Song of the Year’ in the upcoming 63rd Grammy Awards.
Victoria Johnston’s latest single ‘Land of Hope’ is co-produced by GRAMMY nominated Producer Denis Woods (Clannad, Enya, AC/DC), Ferdia Walsh-Peelo (Sing Street, Vikings), and multi-instrumentalist Oisín Walsh-Peelo/ O Deer (Hudson Taylor, and also support act for Hozier on his US tour).

Victoria, a classically trained singer, pianist and composer from Dublin, Ireland, began her classical music training at the Royal Irish Academy of Music at the age of 9 where she received annual scholarships. She continued her music training in college and holds a BMus Degree in Composition from DIT Conservatory of Music and Drama and also an MPhil in Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship from Trinity College Dublin.
