‘FOOLS’ is a defiant twist of the multi faceted musical dimension of Belfast city’s: John, Shelly & the Creatures. Their first single ‘LONG MAY YOU REIGN’, received (and still receives) critical acclaim. It featured inThe Northern Irish Tourist Board TV, Radio and Cinema Advert. They performed the song live, to over 20,000 spectators in the RDS arena, which was a high moment for the band in their short career to date. Their last single ‘KILLER’ was performed live across a number of TV shows including Dave Fannings 11th Hour, BBC2’s Imeall Gael & on an official live web stream on Muzu.TV featuring JEDWARD (yes Jedward!) as the bands backing dancers. On the lead up to their Debut album launch they performed on Ireland’s biggest and most well known TV show: THE LATE LATE SHOW, TG4, BBC2, RTE TWO + MORE.

RMG are delighted to announce that a new Eleanor McEvoy studio album, entitled “I’d Rather Go Blonde”, is to be released on 17 September 2010 [Cat. No. MOSCD408]. The album features eleven new songs, nine of which were penned by McEvoy, one by former Beautiful South man Dave Rotheray and, finally, there’s a cover of “Good Times” by Sam Cooke.
“I’d Rather Go Blonde” is the eighth album in a twenty year career that has seen McEvoy establish herself as one of Ireland’s most accomplished singer / songwriters. Never one to shy away from the big issues, this album sees McEvoy tackling themes such as alienation, hypocrisy, recent Irish history and romance. The songs are typified by a lyrical élan and often leavened with a touch of humour and the title track is built around a phrase that just made McEvoy laugh!

The Riptide movement (also known as TRM) are a four piece rock band who formed in 2006, all hailing from the Capital. With three successive Official Irish Charting singles (taken from their debut “What about the tip jar”) along with over 14,000 units sold to fans the Nation over, they are now ready to release fourth single ‘HARD TO EXPLAIN’, which is taken from their new album set to be released in Feb 2011 (titled HOT TRAMP). Infectious Irish pop outfit ‘JESTER’ create melodious, ambient and powerful pop tunes. They entered onto the music scene on a rather high note in 07 when debut single “Maria” charted in the IMRA top 40 Irish Chart. Single no.2, “Scream”, also seen them climb the charts yet again, reaching a proud no.18 in the IRMA Irish Singles chart and also claimed the number 1 spot in the downloadmusic chart. The release was marked by an extensive Nationwide tour schedule. (Including a month long tour with fellow Irish act The Blizzards).

Relief are a 4 piece outfit. Their music emanates a fresh Rock sound combining various musical styles, drawing from progressive Rock mixed with elements of POP and Acoustic.
