EXCLUSIVE VIDEO FOOTAGE: CAROSEL brand new music video for STAR: new EP set to be released in OCT.

CAROSEL have achieved notable acclaim in the last 2 years & have just signed a worldwide management deal. Made of up of the duo: Michelle Phelan & Pete McGrane, their music is a compact blend of infectious, upbeat pop folk. They have been described as “A rare combination in the current music scene” (THE SUNDAY BUSINESS POST) and were awarded “album of the week” on National radio stations 2FM and RTE Radio1 in Ireland. Legendary Irish Dj Larry Gogan said Carosel’s music “had a feel-good factor of 10.”

They have performed on The Late Late TV show — Ireland’s longest running and most well known TV show. They also performed on other well-known Irish TV shows: TG4’s Pop 4 TV & Rte’s Red TV and in Radio stations across Ireland including RTE, Phantom FM, BBC Ulster and more. they have performed at well-known music festivals OXEGEN as well as the Indie-pendence festival in Cork and the Guinness Jazz Festival. They have also shared the stage with: The Maccabees, Patrick Wolf & Jason Mraz among others at various festivals. Gigs abroad include the UK, Belgium, France – Paris, Toulouse & Lyon.

STAR is the brand new EP that boasts a refreshing and vibrant sound and also some reworked songs taken from their debut ( Kaleidoscope ), which is telling of their capability to write music for the mainstream. They are currently residing in Paris, France and are focusing on writing and recording their follow up second album.
