We Give you The Real McEVOY

One of the most exciting releases of this year -ELEANOR McEVOY’s new album- a collection of her best hits taken from the Independent years, titled  ‘SINGLED OUT’.

Release date Sept 28th 2009 by MOSCD406 & it is Distributed by RMG Nationwide

Presented by MOSCO DISC, the new album from  Ireland’s highly acclaimed Eleanor McEvoy, titled  ‘Singled Out’, tells of a journeyman and modern  troubadours songbook, salubriously taking you  through a vast collection of Eleanor’s independent  singles inhabited by that unmistakable voice and that  particular way she has with love, lust (lost and found),  humour and our world. It also distinctively notes the  progression to when Eleanor moved from a band  format to a singular creation and vision of her own  music.

From a bar basement – to a winning career. We give you … the Real (21st century) McEvoy.

BBC Radio 2 ALBUM of the WEEK! – BBC Radio2 A list

-RTE Radio 1 Playlist (Ireland)-

NELL BRYDEN, the stunning New York songstress, doesn’t quite do things in a subtle way. Her new Single ‘What does it take?’ (Taken from her fabulous new album of the same title, What Does It Take?), entered the BBC Radio2 playlist  little over a month ago; before it jumped to BBC2 A list status and now Bryden’s cd is Album Of The Week on BBC 2. Previous to that, she made her way into Ireland’s biggest Radio Stations ‘A playlist on RTE Radio1’ and received the Song of the week on ‘Today FM’. Nell is THE ONLY INDEPENDENT ARTIST TO BE ADDED TO THE BBC2 PLAYLIST in the UK- alongside The Script, Paolo Nutini, Fleet Foxes, a-ha, James Taylor, Bruce Springsteen, The Eagles & Bat For Lashes. An incredible achievement for any unsigned Independent act.

News just in! – Nell Bryden has just signed a ‘publishing deal with RESPECT MUSIC’.
